Refund & Return Policy
Every OG Tackle product is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, our return policy reflects the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions
Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right. You must submit a claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
To file a claim, email og.tackle.contact@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will offer either a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date may not be honored.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date at og.tackle.official@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you are responsible for any reshipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize your address was entered incorrectly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Orders where the claim window of 30 days has passed
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at og.tackle.contact@gmail.com.
