Shipping Policy

All OG Tackle products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed — please read below to understand what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Production Time
Because every item is printed on demand, there is a production period before your order ships. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type and current fulfillment volumes at Printify's facilities. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.
Shipping Times & Methods
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a standard order may take 5–14 business days from order placement to delivery.
All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at og.tackle.contact@gmail.com as soon as possible. Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is accepted.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your delivery address. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at og.tackle.official@gmail.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details on how we handle damaged items.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different Printify facilities depending on which facility produces each product. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order — this is normal.
